I’m Paul —
meditation & wellness teacher
I help people take better care of their mental health.
After my own psychological struggles as a teenager, at age twenty I became a Buddhist monk in the tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, widely considered the father of the mindfulness movement in the West.
Besides my teacher’s teachings, I also learned everything I could from the original teachings of the Buddha, positive psychology, neuroscience, lifestyle medicine, and personal experiments in solitary retreats.
After sixteen years as a monk, I came back to lay life to teach in my own, modern, integrative way.
Now based in Madrid, I transmit simple and effective self-care practices for everyday mental health.
